When the Owners of a new domestic building make a home warranty insurance claim, due to defects in the finished product, they find that they have to be very detailed in their application, and patient. By the time repair work commences, frustrations are high and Owners are weary. Our clients remark on how calming our men are, once we start work. The repair work is often noisy, dirty, and can be destructive in getting to the core of the problem, but our knowledge and approach to our Clients, soon lets them know that we will rectify the building. This is done, most often, whilst the Owners or Tenants stay in their home.
Taylors work with most Home Warranty Insurers, in helping Owners repair the defects in their buildings. Once work has commenced, we do most of the communication with the Insurer, after unknown areas of repair are uncovered by the necessary investigation work needed to decide a repair method.
